With Psionics (Telepaths?) being able to force feed people, the demands of poisoned foods have become more popular.

Crow users can forcefeed too. That was fun. Music as shown in that first post would be best suited as a general tradeskill. Herbs and alchemy are the only tradeskills that are useful in a noticable way all through the skillset, really, and that's still different from what's been suggested here.
