I do think it looks a shade silly to have "Female Elfen Lady", one would think it would be explicitly implied, but the style of no longer having to rely on female Lords is good. Nice one

Though I think Faelings are still ShadowLords

That's different, because it's not the person that is the subject of Shadowlord, it's the Faeling. It's a Shadowlord Faeling rather than a Shadowlord person. If the name was (Female Faeling Shadowlord) then I would change it to Shadowlady, but as I say, it's the race being referenced and not the person.
