The part about "for someone who claims to Rp, etc" I was roleplaying. I was roleplaying confusion. I've already stated that I as a person didn't care, but my character did. You have to make those distinctions sometimes.

As for all of the rest of it... they're your opinions, and they're my opinions. The only reason there was a situation that resulted in my name being changed was 1. They had more textual superpowers than I did, and 2. I didn't want to drag it out further and waste his or her time. Imagine that.

I'm really to tired to argue further, and if you step back and realize that you think I'm wrong, and I think I'm right, there's really no more point to it.

So who's going to edit Richter's post for personal attacks?

I'm in the same situation though, wanted to check out Nihilists, used my internet nickname that I use everywhere as a name. Bad move.
I got used to it but if I could change it, I probably would.

Would be nice to get admistration's answer on it, under what circumstances can we get our names changed, if there actually is such a possibility.

Funny, I just had this exact same conversation with Mister Bobbins. I thought I had come up with a ligitimate name, but no, as soon as a Guide says no, you namechange. It irks me to be dictated what my name should be.

Almost every word in the dictionary has been used as a name in a movie, game, anime, cartoon, tv show, magazine, RPG, etc. If anyone complains about a name "just because it was in a (insert item here)", they need to 1) get their head out of their ass, and 2) Use some common flippin sense.

Believe it or not, Guides, yes you, not all newbies are out to ruin the game. So stop treating us like we're maggots for you to mold.
