Well, I can pinleg in two lunges. They might puer that off, but they still can't attack while my blade is in their leg so they have to waste a balance for puering to fight back SOMETIME, not to mention their mana reserves will get eaten up sooner or later.

Then the problem is 240 precision rapiers + lunge, not puer being needed.

Then maybe everyone who wants to do wounding should start aiming for sensible precision weapons and not hoping high damage broadswords to cut their way through things for them. ;)

I think by this point everytime needs to concede Rafael has no sense of unbias and is just going to insist everything he can use is just fine and balanced Now if we can move on to talking to people who aren't totally obsessed with keeping their skills uber...

Except, rapier's precision has been toned down, it's just your rapiers having high precision, since they're forged before the change.

Have you seen his replies when I asked for those forged rapiers to be toned down? Rafael doesn't like people touching his uber precision rapiers, nor his Puer. It's almost pointless, I don't even see there is a point in arguing anymore. Murphy and I are going to put Puer in our Envoy reports and let the admins do what they wish.

does terenas use high prec rapiers? i though his rapiers were more like mine.

Terenas uses 280+ speed rapiers.

Okay, looking at the precision capabilitties of scimitar in, even my single forging of one, has made me gag. Scimitars are suppose to be precision benchmarks for the blades, but it's not enough to compete capably in combat. A single forging showed me 110/171/160 stats, so if that's to be the future, or anything remotely close to it, for precision weapons then indeed does puer need a downgrade. Or scimitars need a raise in precision qualities. Rapiers changed to roughly 260-270's in speed, but 120-130's in precision.

You can't use the number of one scimitar to base your argument. I've forged rapiers that ranged from 180 speed to 260 speed and rapiers are supposed to be fast weapons. That doesn't mean that all scimitars will have such low precision, you will have to forge more to get better ones. Seeing how scimitars are so expensive in comms though, I doubt anyone will mass forge them anytime soon.

Yes, well, when you forged such low speed rapiers didn't the rest of the stats excel even somewhat? This scimitar sucks all around..

I never truly understood how much defense a leather vest gave or a great robe. Even with the full description here, numbers make my head hurt.
