Bellarin's looking for parents! Being that she's getting married soon, she needs some sorta father figure to walk her down the aisle, even though i wouldn't mind Sir Jigan taking that role, i wouldn't have to pay extra for entertainment 
She's 30-something Trill, so A trill parent is necessary, i want her to have an elfen parent, so if there a trill/elf couple out there that's great! If not, whatev. Parents from Celest or Seren would be great, just as long as they aren't part of the Mes'ards. I'm not putting them down, it's just that Bella's France's unofficial mom is a Mes'ard so that would be weird.
