Personality wise, she is very friendly and generally upbeat and kind of silly sometimes, though she takes her responsibilities seriously and knows when not to be silly. She really enjoys helping people - especially novices. She's extremely dedicated to Lord Lyreth, even if she's still on the outer circle and he hasn't been seen in a while. She's very dedicated to her city. Pretty much, if she is a part of something, she's very dedicated to it. She's very enthusiastic - about everything really. She's playful. She rambles sometimes, especially when excited or happy. She enjoys learning new things and sharing information. She enjoys hunting, and going on 'adventures.' She gets a thrill from going into dangerous situations, especially if she knows there's a good chance it'll end badly. She can't fight and learning how to is kind of low on the list of things she wants to learn and do (and this is a loooong list). She's afraid of spiders and doesn't like spicy food or eating poultry. She loves sweets. She doesn't like liars and doesn't think it's alright to kill without reason. She believes that nothing is free and every action has a consequence (for example, she understands that going on a thrilling 'adventure' that takes her into enemy territory may be paid for later by being squished).
Of course that's not everything, but it should be enough for you to decide if your male character'd be interested.
Another thing, Noola's father has displayed some over-protective tendencies. She's promised him that any suitor she's serious about will ask his permission to court her. So, if you want that, keep it in mind.

If the relationship between Noola and whoever gets to the point of having 'relations' then it'll be a 'fade to black' sort of deal.
