Somaria has plenty of rumors about being a whore for Le Jardin (Hey, either she's skilled in bed as a matron courtesan or people think she is ), and is pretty much hated by the entire basin . She's stubborn, and a bit of a workaholic ... Hmm, what else.. She's fairly business-minded, and tends to seriously take advantage of people who let her due to her time in Fain's Order. (However she really is looking to settle down now)

However, she does have good points. She's undeniably astute. Can BS her way out of most situations and can appreciate someone more for their flaws than strong points. She's adventurous and strong, and devoted to her family. She's good with money, owns a clan and manse (11 rooms), and is super active.

Well, it seems the time has come for Amarysse to finally settle down. Barring some fantastic cataclysm, an exceptional and well-conceived conversion effort, or Divine revelation, it looks as though she'll be making the Glomdoring her permanent home. Additionally, her previous romantic prospects have either married themselves off or are otherwise unavailable, and so I'm seeking a companion for her, though marriage is, of course, not a necessity, but a potential development.

She's a Harbinger, an undersecretary, a Professor in the Shadowmaze, a Trademistress, and a fairly prolific artisan. She's also nearly 60, which never ceases to amaze me, and an Elfen. She has, throughout her life, sought to understand the philosophy and meaning of Beauty in all its forms, though the passage of years has altered her search somewhat. Now, more than in her younger years, she is interested in the substance of Beauty, rather than the surface, finding less satisfaction in the temporal loveliness of flowers and rainbows and the like, and more in those things which endure.

I am a highly roleplay-oriented player, and would expect the same of any potential mates for my character. I am looking for someone reasonably close to her age, with an appreciation for the Glomdoring's culture and the arts. An Elfen, Faeling, or Human is preferred, though exceptions can always be made for the right person. She is intensely devoted, privately affectionate (if publicly reserved), and very passionate about her craft and those close to her, and her companion would likely find themselves immortalized in tapestries, poems, and the like. She is also quite fond of gift-giving, and more than tolerant of open relationships if that happens to be the arrangement reached.

Kharaen might be interested in a companion. It may be known that she boasts a whimsy and erratic temperment, and her fascination with shinies may border on obsession. Has a slightly commanding attitude, but tends to be more of a follower or lone wolf. Original race is Loboshigaru, and her mannerisms often reflect that. She has absolutely no experience in courting, and would likely not notice anyone without continued effort, and even then not take them seriously. Preferably a male companion, though female certainly isn't an impossibily.

Kharaen is currently a Harbinger in Glomdoring, currently with no interest in political advancement in either commune or guild (and this is unlikely to change). She has a smallish manse with plans of expansion, within it an assortment of manse artifacts and a manse dwelling kitty known as Namnam. She personally owns four cartels, and co-owns a forging cartel with her past companion and still close friend, Dinoniel. If you can get her interested in something (possible, she's never had any firm beliefs), she would likely participate fully until she got bored.

An ideal companion would be someone who enjoys to design (or can pretend to), and can act as a muse or soundboard, as Kharaen is a member/owner/trademaster of all trade cartels, including Eboncraft, and sorely needs the extra help (has the ideas, not the ability to properly manifest them). Other traits she would find desirable would be someone who is active in both hunting and combat, two fields she has been interested in but failed horribly at (she's been sitting on 79 for eternity...) Age, race, commune/organization is inconsequential (in fact, something that would incite outrage might be considered a bonus), as is Order membership.

Understanding of the Attai history is not a necessity, but if marriage is an eventual event she would certainly want to retain her Attai bloodline. Children resulting from such an union would have to understand the Attai story (which is written in CLANHELP DATTAI, and Kharaen's personal testiment is partially written.)

Okay. My above post was short, so I figured I'd elaborate:

Hyperion, a 94 year old Ebonguard of the Glomdoring, likes to spend his time hunting, forging, and generally lamenting the poor condition of the world, and re-living the "olden days" in his head. He is seeking either a husband or wife (husband definitely preferred) from the Glomdoring (or Magnagora, he supposes). Family names or influence aren't as important to him as who he marries, though he doesn't want some funky last name. Umm... he's currently spending almost the entirety of his time chained to a forge trying to match up a second precision morningstar, but he will get out more often and have a life once that's finished. Until he decides he needs flails, that is. Race isn't important, though he would prefer humans or elfen. Otherwise, he's pretty open to different sorts of personalities and the like. Myrkr needs a husband ( again ). The rules have changed a little, though!


1) No enemies to the Wilde. She is in an Order now, and intends to stay. On that note...

2) Don't get enemied to Maylea if you want to pursue her! Bad bad bad idea.

3) Myrkr is clingy. Clingy as in, "I'm happy to be around you, even if we're not speaking at all". Which means, of course, that you'll need to be around at least SOME of the time she is.

4) She enjoys hunting, so, even if you don't like to hunt, accept that she may hop off with some people to go hunting (but you'll almost always be invited)

5) Please no illithoids

6) Can be very hyper at times, very serious at others. She's highly emotional, and easily made happy.

7) Must be able to accept being loved unconditionally once love is attained. However, breaking up with her once she's in love with you will cause you to receive four to ten RL days of, "You hate me so don't talk to me"

8) Male is preferred, but females are now actually being considered.

9) Small in size, ability to change size, willing to purchase a diminish ring, or willing to by her an enlarge ring. Also, must not mind her sitting on your shoulder / head on occasion.

10) The old seven is the new ten. She loves and wants kiddies.

11) Must be willing to start a new family or give her your name. She doesn't want to be a Dekoven.
