- Has 2 manses. The home manse has two rooms (May expand for children). The second is a shop.
- Passionate about her Guild, Order, City and family. Not looking to move at this time.
- Loves Serenwilde Forest, and is fascinated by Hallifax.

- Loves both tailoring and designing.
- Loves flowers and creative things of all kinds

After almost 50 (in game) years of service Fania has stepped down from her position as GA. When she's around she almost doesn't know what to do with all the time she has because she's spent most of her life in charge of guild affairs. She has a terrible time finding someone to be with. She's gone through several suitors and one husband. Almost all who have left and never came back to the realms (Saying this because I want someone who will stick around!). She is still officially engaged to Sipelus, but she will (reluctantly) change that soon. She plans to help solidify the Dekovens as a great house (because we keep loosing our standing), so she's not looking to marry out of the family.
Fania is looking for a man (she's not into women, sorry!) who:
