Did you ever want a place to live, but didn't quite have enough gold? Perhaps you realized that 350,000 gold later, you only have -one- room? Is your home cut off from society?

Fear not!

Join the group of people that have decided to reside in the Aethercity of Deepnight, a place where anyone is welcome. We have reached 38 rooms, about 10 of those are private resident rooms.

Benefits:
-The city has it's own clan, so you have access to our newsboard and channel.
-Live in a place where you will actually see other people, yet be able to have your own private space.
-The city has a store!
-We will be growing larger, and the tradehall will be getting trade artifacts. We're also going to start adding furniture (like the barstools in the tavern there now).
-Deepnight is constantly growing! Join in the experience!
-Save up to 210,000 gold!
-The whole place is included in Thorgal's Zmud map!
-Complete customization, including setting permissions on who's allowed in.

Costs:

There are a few ways to go about purchasing a room.

1. One private room costs 140,000 gold. Note that it takes 150,000 gold to even make one room (so yes, I chip in ten thousand), and the first manse rooms costs a whopping 350,000 gold! Ideal for people that are not able to purchase multiple rooms in thier own private manse.

2. You can also put down 50,000 gold, and pay the rest off over the next two years. Great for people that don't have it all at once, but would still love a room.

3. Put a fair amount down, and set up a payment plan, with interest, for the rest. I will finance the rest of the room. Make sure to keep up on payments!

Also, I'm selling a six room manse for a good deal cheaper than it was purchased by its original owner. Looking for 180 credits right now, or the gold equivalent.

Any questions, PM me or add a reply.

Still selling that six room manse right now. There's someone that has offered to buy it in three weeks, and he'll get it if no one else buys, but I'm an impatient person. tongue.gif

I'm considering it, really. I'm buying a ton of credits (remind me to send Estarra that e-mail) and will have some left over. 200 is nothing, really, by comparison.

Yeah, 200 isn't very much at all, if you've got a large load. If you want to buy it, keep some extra credits so you can get nice stuff for yourself in it. Artisan stuff and artifacts for manses are pretty neat.

Yea. After I trans the necessary skills (I'm still trying to decide what defines "necessary" - Lowmagic, druidry, hart, planar all seem to fall in this category. Discipline, as well, because some afflictions are only cured by focus spirit, or so I'm told. Of course, there's always allheale).

I know it's not on the original topic... but I'm pretty sure allheale doesn't cure afflictions that can only be cured with focus spirit.

The manse was sold, however, we're still selling rooms in Deepnight.

I'll be buying some credits for my birthday (Aug 11 w00t.gif!) So hopefully, there will be a room left. It not, no biggie.
