There is a simple economic reason, as well.

There will always be fewer toilets than players (thus demand>supply). Because the commodes are so scarce, there will also be a waiting line.

Depending on line length, this may result in conflict for those in a hurry. The resulting threads talking about i) how bad commodal conflict is, ii) how to reduce toilet rage, and iii) how someone has been abusing the toilet, will probably cause the servers running the forums to melt down.

This is bad.

We could have commodes work like chairs and desks for writing - that is, multiple people can use one at once.

If there's one thing I've learned from Lusternia that people have had to beat into my head over and over again:

Not everyone is a main character. You are insignificant and small and no one cares about you so quit trying to think you're the hero/villian.
