Ya'll should become lawyers.
If you use and appreciate the system, and want the huge update/upgrade/whatever, pay the man his 30 credits.
If you think the system is exploitable and crappy, don't buy it.
If you think Thorgal is an unethical scum, don't deal with him at all.
The End.

I actually want to do law school after med school

I've always given out my system to close people to help them get started or if their systems got wiped out. Yeah, Thorgal's system isn't perfect, but then again, no systems are, every single one of them is exploitable. 100 credits is very worth it in my opinion for a decent healing system, especially with the complexity involved in dealing with warrior wounding on Lusternia, not everyone can code a decent healing system.
Unknown2005-11-17 16:35:01
100 credits is a very reasonable price for a full (and good) system, updates, and help.
I didn't buy it, but that's because I'm stubborn and want my own!

Did the product you buy include the phrase "free life-long updates?" No. It didn't so this irrelevant.

makes me want to consider accually putting effort in creating a system ninja.gif
And it's funny seem to think Thorgal is unethical for asking credits for big updates. And I'll illustrate this is infact legal and considered ethical by international trade standards.
I buy a professional virus killer from a well known brand, the proffesional license promises me free life long updates. Yet every 2 years I need to buy a new version as those are upGRADES and the code is considered to be adjusted enough to be a new software pack.

Every kid in my highschool was told that. I think 3 of us became lawyers, if that, most just went on to study Talmud instead.

I've gone back to using my old AIM screenname by the way, "Hathrael".. in case you need me.
Thorgal2005-12-12 16:22:48
I'm back active as Thorgal, for those interested. Let me know if there's anything you need. Screenname is still Hathrael, but certain rumours lured me back to Lusternia!
