Mhmm, with presumably just being announced over GT?
When I wasn't around...
Yes, that'd be why I couldn't submit anything
*wonders what happened to standard moondancer practice of having a competition opened to the entire guild for these things*

... and in four news posts... which pointed to the competition notice in project 104... Which we didn't want to bring up much IC since a guild emote is such an OOC concept...
EDIT: The announcing over GT was done after an IC *YEAR* had passed and all that was sent in really sucked, and I was really desperate for something good. So... Yeah.

Welcome, to the moondancer emote competition, prizes available to they who notice there's actually a competition going on. :/

Kinda your own fault you didn't, it was all over the news.
Laysus2005-08-11 11:20:31
It was... in one post in the wiccans clan. Which I don't pay much attention to compared to moondancer news. Also stating the winner would be open to referendum.

It was in around three posts by Shorlen and myself, and I even wrote a lengthy reminder in the logs.
Laysus2005-08-11 11:50:55
Gone back over 40 posts in moondancers, without seeing anything related to it there, and while there are posts in wiccans, I pay less attention to that than moondancers, and with the recent state of affairs in lusternia it was probably something along the lines of... "Ooh, an unspecified competition. I wonder what that i... oh, crap, soandso's raiding ethereal" *forgets about it*.
To boot, when I asked Shorlen recently what was happening about the guild emote, he responded that he was trying to find a way to do it ceremoniously, which suggested to me the competition hadn't even been started yet >.<

The posts were in Wiccans, and by ceremoniously, I would assume that he meant indroduce it to the guild ceremoniously... but I'm not entirely sure about that.

He's already made a post in this very thread saying exactly that.
Skyla2005-08-11 12:51:24
So sorry, didn't read the whole thread.

Ah, wasn't attacking you. Simply trying to agree/back up your statement.

*grump* A circle of two? Icky. :/
Terenas2005-08-12 03:07:53
Stop hijacking and post some guild emotes!

The Hartstone's ( Lisaera):
With a quiet invocation to White Hart, you close your eyes, still your thoughts
and allow the Music of the Forest to manifest around you. After a time, you
draw back from your meditation and reflect on what you have learned.
/
With a quiet invocation to White Hart, Elryn's eyes drift closed and an unearthly music somehow reminiscent of the deep forest emanates from his form. Moments later, the ethereal refrains fade into silence as he emerges from his meditation.
-------------------
You gently place your hand upon Thaemorn's forehead, invoking the White Hart to
grant him wisdom and truth. His eyes close momentarily, and an emerald halo
flickers about his head.
/
Elryn gently places his hand upon your forehead, invoking the Great Stag to grant you wisdom and truth. Your eyes close momentarily and visions dance through your mind, laden with obscure meaning.

Sylphas2005-10-04 05:42:42
Ok, now I'm convinced that Lisaera just hates me.
Unknown2005-10-04 05:53:18
I think She started working on it while you were Hierophant, Sylphas... it just got finished a few days after.
Sylphas2005-10-04 05:54:13
Ah. Last thing I heard from Her was that She was too busy to do anything and I should stop buggind Her.
Unknown2005-10-04 08:23:17
What's the syntax for the Hartstone one?
