I think the name of the book she wrote is "verses of Magnora" or the Taint is called "verses of Magnora" I'm not sure.
Either way, I think its alluding to Bards as well as some future event.

My guess is that there's a book floating around that contains the secrets of Life, the Universe, and Everything. There will be tons of plot surrounding finding it at some point, and in the end, after week-long plots, we'll find it, and inside will be the number 42.
Shorlen ftw.

Cool.
I think someone will be needing to speak with Magnagora. Events post 62 mentions the Verses of Magnora with their uncovering of the stuff in the Bonehoard.

But will Magnagora want to talk to anyone?

How did you know?!
Unknown2006-12-14 04:32:49
Y'know, I don't think that Tauro should have been upset that Shikari and Viravain would have left. It was more than likely Shikari's instincts to see his little sister to safety instead of her possibly getting hurt. But it was an interesting read none-the-less and I think it gives a nice insight on somethings.
One question that I have though, if Morgfyre was a "Golden Circle" then was that why he ate Hajamin? Because they were both apart of it?

Cannibals, all of them!
And Viravain - that spider is starting to scare me.

I don't think that would be the reason. He didn't eat Terentia, after all. Morgy was probably just feeling peckish at the moment.
Unknown2006-12-14 04:38:15
But Morgfyre ate him in the Void didn't he?
Vix2006-12-14 04:47:08
...Terentia was in the Void too. Don't see how Voidness makes a difference. I stand by my theory that he just had the nummy nums. You can't get a decent meal in the Void after all - the only restaurant is McDonalds.
Unknown2006-12-14 04:52:27
huhh...well, this whole things got me thinking. Which is good! And you're right Vix, if he'd eaten Hajamin for that reason, he'd eaten Terentia too. (was reading his HELP file.)
So...what'd happen if we wake his true form?

Morgfyre's true form now lies slumbering far beneath the surface of the First World, appearing before mortals in the form of an illusory avatar.

Terentia, Fain, and Hajamin were fighting Morgfyre in the Void and Hajamin got left behind while Terentia and Fain were rescued. That's when he got eaten, because without Terentia and Fain, he couldn't hold out and lost to Morgfyre.

Yes, I know. Just saying that eating someone because he's a member of the Golden Circle doesn't seem logical. Funny how it's the "Golden" Circle though. Sounds like Hajamin dominated it.
Unknown2006-12-14 05:06:49
Well, to me it did seem logical. Kind of like how in Bleach, Hollows go after the ones they loved first, Morgfyre could have gone after those who were technically still "alive" first (hajamin and terentia) since he was I guess close to them? But I can always think in my whicky-wacky way y'know!

I had the end of events post 67 to paste, but something came up and I lost it... anyway...
The ninth, verse of magnora, and the survivors of project soulforge
the ninght sounds like the "traitors" and the verses of magnora sound like the power of the soulless to me, and the splintering of gods to create mortals, and the taint. As the "fated" evolution of the basin.... to give the fates "something to do"

According to Lord Dunsany, "there will be worlds nor gods no more."

But, you know, they managed to beat the crap out of him before. And also, why would Estarra allow that. Especially since She wouldn't allow Kethuru to eat the universe?
