Kaileigh used to be pretty good about helping. Sitting around and teaching, explaining the skills etc etc. But alot of the novices lately just do their thing. And Kaileigh is kinda blegh about people.
It all depends on timing, number of people around and any event that may be happening. I've had novices send me tells in the middle of influencing.
I don't actally recall my alt getting anything but the "Please read ghelp __" routine. So at the point as a full member she doesn't know what her skills are or what she should learn. As a character she isn't really concerned about skills. But it's good to know she would need stag to be able to be rezzed.

Yeah, it was ages ago and I made a novice, and everyone jumped on me at once and I'm like, ARGH, I can't deal with this, where's my anonymity?

Both of my Serenguard novices received excellent walk-thoughs, but um, the second one's undersecretary seemed a little too much OOC.
