There wouldn't be this sort of argument, about Glom being Little Mag, if Glom had been strong enough in the beginning to establish their own identity without needing for us to help protect them from the Evil Untainted Forestals.

I don't think Glomdoring should be flamed for its RP either, but I find it absolutely hilarious when someone who has flamed Serenwilde's rp wags her finger at others who do it.

Personally I feel that Glomdoring is simply another "type" of forest. We have all seen how the red taint and the blue floods destroy plantlife (herbs) albeit slowly. However the twisted and ethereal forest do not.
Certainly we cannot say that taint was not involved in the 'evolution' of Glomdoring forest, because it obviously was. However, as nature always 'wins', it has learned to adapt and to change to its new environment. Mind you not like how wormwood thrives in pure taint, and the dear forestals and Celestines having their feast on them whenever they walk into statues. But in a more natural way, if you will.
Then there is the other side, looking at the real world, we have many different forests, some rather mild, some very nasty. Serenwilde would probably come under the category of many of todays forests in Europe which no longer have any predators, like wolves, bears and more. Whilst Glomdoring would appear to be more of a wild jungle, something which still exists today with all their dangers of scorpions, pythons, large predators and more.
I feel there is a lot that can be done with this, with Glomdoring, solidifying its culture to reflect this. Anyhow, that's just my thought and my first ever post, please be gentle.
