You are right, they will see a twisted forest, an undead rowena, an ebonglom wyrm, an insane goddess, and the once noble Raven turned into the twisted Crow. I am sure they will think the taint isn't as bad as they thought when they come back.

Sure, untill they see Geb...

Who are you and what have you done with the Gregori I love to hate... When did you get polite again?
As for Glomdoring possibly being a third party, it would never happen, not because they were ever connected to Magnagora, but because of the bad history between Crow and Serenwilde, and Serenwildes inability early on to acctually be nice. If Serenwilde had not beaten the hell out of them early on, they wouldn't have been forced to turn to Magnagora, and then things would have turned out way different.

Are you one of those people who'd tell your boyfriend/girlfriend you cheated on them because they DROVE you into the other person's arms because they did x and y?
Because that logic is such BS.

........
Um, no...
What does this have to do with what I said? Thats what got Glomdoring to turn completely to Mag, if you didn't see it... Open your eyes... There was a good bit of time for Serenwilde to have helped Glomdoring make amends with them and then Glomdoring very possibly would have been against Magnagora... Aside from the taint Glom has a helluva lot more in common with Serenwilde than it ever did with Magnagora, history (before the taint wars), people, their forest, tainted though it is, is still a forest, they're beliefs were quite a bit different from Magnagoras, and with Crow being on Viravains leash, he was no longer aligned against Serenwilde. But with the first raids on the Ravenwood and the totem trees, etc Serenwilde alienated Glom from them...
Ugh, but thats a completely different debate, has been argued before, and I wanna stop it from starting right now, so make your stupid chicken before the egg arguments and then cease about this

QUOTE(BobStar @ Aug 22 2005, 11:58 AM)
Exactly when did Seren become 'anti-taint'? Is there a direct moment where it began? As is, it's pretty much Celest, just stronger.
170638
I think that'd be Farella.
But what you think you're asking, the answer is, Serenwilde became anti-Magnagora when Magnagora refused to stop being anti-Serenwilde. I don't think you can pin that on any one mortal, but if you had to, it'd be Daevos.
Gwylifar2005-08-22 16:28:46
Daganev once argued, with complete sincerity, that Ackleberry would be so honored by the fact that their former high priest is now a guildhall that they'd feel compelled to ally with Glomdoring.
I kid you not.

Was this on the boards or off? Because... in the game, I like to think all of Glomdoring's a little... off. Josun definitely is, anyway.
Suhnaye2005-08-22 16:36:44
Wait... The Ebonglom Wyrm... -IS- Their Guildhall? I must've missed that...

It was OOC, in the chat room.
And yes, Suhnaye. Ask an Ebonguard some time about the back exit from the guildhall, but not during lunch.

Foul rivers of digested bi-product and sickeningly revolting faeces flows
through bulging pipes in a never ending cascade of pure unadulterated
excrement, the stench of which cannot escape even the most callous of senses.
The squelching of escaped fluids, slipping over slimy soft skin is the only
sound loud enough to be heard above the constant susurrus of flowing filth that
gurgles and sloshes through the undulating thin walled tubes of yielding flesh.
The passageway ends abruptly in a dilated sphincter sealing off the main tract
of the Ebon's gullet from the gut wrenching anus beyond

OMFG! PANIC! PANIC!
Ok, now that is over with... what is the deal with threads like this. It is like some people don't have enough drama so they have to invent possible drama in the future. We have no clue at this point what happened to Ackleberry and until we do, we can in no way gather how, in general, they would react.

You were so curious, you were going to slit your wrists if it went wrong. I mean seriously, do something productive.
