There was a good bit of time for Serenwilde to have helped Glomdoring make amends with them and then Glomdoring very possibly would have been against Magnagora... Aside from the taint Glom has a helluva lot more in common with Serenwilde than it ever did with Magnagora, history (before the taint wars), people, their forest, tainted though it is, is still a forest, they're beliefs were quite a bit different from Magnagoras, and with Crow being on Viravains leash, he was no longer aligned against Serenwilde. But with the first raids on the Ravenwood and the totem trees, etc Serenwilde alienated Glom from them...
