Growing trends

I've noticed lately that people have been using more and more less-than-appropriate language or content matter in their posts. This simply needs to stop.

1. Cursing is bad. However, implying cursing, like when you remove one letter, or something similar, is just as bad. If you're going to post sh't or something like that, and you do it more than once, you're going to hear from me.

2. Stop the namecalling. Joking is fine, but even basic insults like calling someone a "loser" or a "retard" is not acceptable. Again, people might slip, but some have chosen to do this on a regular basis.

3. Stop making threads just to rant about one person, or one thing that one person does. Really, all this does is make people jump into a flame-war, or badly veiled attempt at one.

I'm sure there were one or two other points that need to be hit on, but I trust that you all will be mature enough to figure out what is appropriate and what is not. If a casual gamer happens upon the boards, and sees the filth posted recently, do you think they're going to join Lusternia? Are we hoping to have a core group of ticked off Lusternians that drives everyone else away?
