Practically all the gods have an evil side, it seems.
Shiri2005-08-27 01:18:39
Which is why Isune should come back and be the odd one out. >:(
Soll2005-08-27 01:19:20
Yeah. Isune was amazing. I want Her baaack!

Taken from the wedding of Skyla and Gregori
She wubs her order members
She wubs her order members not.
Although, this was the best.

Lisaera
She wubs her order members
QUOTE
Acolyte Shaylen, Ordos Primus shouts, "May your children be tainted."
QUOTE
Lisaera raises Her hands and sends a bolt of burning blue fire towards Shaylen.
She wubs her order members not.
QUOTE
Lisaera, the Ethereal Maiden says, "The relationships in My Order tend to be a little odd, so I've turned a blind eye to the fact that both of them seem to be slightly on the wrong side of mental stability."
Although, this was the best.
QUOTE
You say to Lisaera, "Skyla has threatened to run away."
Lisaera, the Ethereal Maiden says, "I shouldn't worry about that."
Wilde Witch, Skyla, High Wisdom of the Moon says to you, "Fly away, to be exact."
Lisaera's eyes flicker upward momentarily, and a shining silver ceiling shimmers into existence above you.
Skyla tells you, "I can still burrow."
Lisaera, the Ethereal Maiden says to Skyla, "I heard that."
Lisaera, the Ethereal Maiden says, "Now then, Skyla and Gregori, I would like to hear your vows to each other, and if they contain fleeing in any way, I will be displeased."

Ah yes, Lisaera's most frightening aspect by far is forcing innocent little faeling Wiccan's into wedlock with arrogant elfen Druids!
Who here dares to dispute the horror?

Wow. I was thinking she was just as fanatical as Seren. That's making me wonder just how 'good' and how 'evil' the Serenwilde ideal is: the darkest acts spring from good intentions.
Overall, though, I wish I had more 'oomph' to interact with dieties. All through the IRE games, I've never realy worked much with them, either being too scared, the RP drew me away, or I just didn't know how. It's my OOC self seeping in: I could NEVER go up to someone, important or not, and converse with them well.
Still, I know almost nothing of the gods personalities and sometimes I feel I'm missing too much.

I've always tried to get the Seren to ignore good and evil as unnecessary definitions. (Though one could consider that in itself evil.)
Yes, Lisaera doesn't bend, which is why a lot of the time as an admin I decide to ignore things entirely, because within her RP I'm unable to do things halfway.

Anyone else have to resist the urge to call Viravain Lloth?
Unknown2005-08-27 02:33:49
Erion was never afraid of any god. Kalo doesn't really comprehend what a god is - he often thinks they are nothing more than Great Spirits - he still refers to Lisaera as Mother Moon on occasion, and Hajamin as Father Sun. As well, although a lot less often, he calls Shikari Mother Night.
And he treats them all appropriately. Amusingly, he refers to Viravain as Crow every now and then.

Well, considering what Viravain is doing, I think Tully ended up having some cunning insight rather than me being scared.
If that makes any sense.

<3 lemmings.
Unknown2005-08-27 03:16:37
Yeah, nature can be a beast. I know--it's not all what PETA and the Green Party says.
I was just lookin' for somebody in the Lusternian Synod who'd fit Tully's philosophy, that's all. He likes to walk in the woods a lot.

Damn it, I can't find the old log of me and Lisaera. I think I posted it at some point, but I know I lost it from notepad when my computer crashed.
Basically, after a particularly insulting public post (I basically threatened to kill Lisaera and Auseklis), Lisaera cut out every exit in the room I was in and came down. We had a cool little argument, and in the end she did drawdown and killed me with a pair of moonbursts. Has, like, .5 second equilibrium...

Shikari redefines nature gods... and I'll leave it at that.
Edit: and I'm not referring to the lemming that reminds me of Viravain for some reason.
Tsakar2005-08-27 03:46:35
I've always had a bit of a divine phobia, I guess it can stem from an oocish mentality, where I've played a long time on a mud(s) before I first came to a IRE realm. And generally the immortals(gods) are these coder/builder people you see on who, who occasionally talk and when they do you better listen, and if one comes to you, generally that means you in deep . But I just take that and rp it, Tsakar gets a bit of the heebie jeebies when he hears a divine speaking on a channel he's on but pays close attention to what was said, and if one is in the room as him he would be very quiet and meek, but otherwise respectful and attentive
