Warriors can get a lot of strength boosts up to +4 or so. If you give a race 15 strength, the boosts will let them get up to 19 or so. There is no way to boost intelligence apart from a knowledge blessing, so mugwumps can't boost their 15 int up to 19 like that.

So the Mages are doing large amounts of damage now, I know Kaervas with.. what, 20 int, I think, does 1400 damage. That's with the champion arti. Fear the Guardian Cosmicfire.

Mages can't get Lichdom.
You can't rely on truefavours, and they're probably intended to be imbalanced anyway.
Astrology is often just +1 or so, it's not always possible to get, and it's only positive half the time.
How often do you have a herofete when you need one?

OOOhhhhh you pople were SO close to having a murphy aslaran with 203 damage lightning flails, instead you got an orclach, who then downgraded his damage lower than 150 for wounding and speed
that being said I may look at changing soonish.

2) truefavour damage shields aren't cumulative
And if he only did 600 damage to you that way, then you should be laughing as it could all be gotten back in one round due to sipping + regeneration + possibly sparkleberry.

The major damage modifier for knights isn't weapon damage, it is str. Weap damage just puts it over the top if are good enough to manage a huge str.
