Headed off to my first year of college tomorrow! While I'm REALLY excited and nervous, I'm sad also because I don't know how much time college will afford me for Lusternia! I definitely won't be playing nearly as much, which would be the case even if I were still in high school because of course in the summer there's a ton more free time, but yeah. This isn't exactly goodbye, more like, you probably won't see me anywhere near as much as you have!

So, I hope I don't disappear, and I'll try my best not to! I'll still definitely come back when I'm home from school on breaks and what not!



But in case I'm -not- around, I want to let everyone know how much I love Lusternia, I've been here since day one (...of...open beta, at least), even if I get in fights and argue with some of you and have hissy fits and say mean things, it's really nothing personal, because I'm sure most of us would get along great in other circumstances. I guess the game just doesn't afford for people to be happy friendly with each other all the time OOCly! But thanks everyone for giving me fun memories, and I hope I'll still be able to play in college and, even if it's just a little!

If college for you is anything like college for me, you'll be on even more then usual, especially as you won't have your parents looking over your shoulder.

Veeeeeo.. in the Spring can you take me on a campus tour? I'm really serious about going there next year (Reaaaaally need a transfer scholarship or some loans maybe).

But yeah.. I think you'll have tons of time! You could always lie to your roommate and say you're working on a big project for your programming courses. Or maybe they'll party all the time and leave you alone.. either way it's bound to work out!

But most of all.. have fun! It really should be great. One of my friends plays for the Terps so maybe I'll let him know to look out for you.

I have a friend who went to UMD and her advice was to make friends with your professors. I don't know about your major, but there's tons of science majors so their classes are LARGE!

I guess I'm on the otherside of the boat here, and have to say that my time on Lusternia is probably halved (which is still a good chunk) when I'm at college. Between the work, the fun and the inebriation, I just don't log on as much.

I swear, I always think of Kalika when I see Veonira in game! I'm such a bad rp'er. (Kalika was great in Achaea)

Anyhow, enjoy college. I had fun during my college days, though I decided to drop out and work instead.

And if you spend less time here, that's probably a -good- thing.
