See, and I got the feeling that Lacostian was a mistake, too, like the rest - maybe I'm wrong, though. I'll have to go look at it again.

See, I said that last time, and Kidaen was like, "Don't let Him hear you say that!". I'd edit it, but I dun feel like it.

And Yudhe did sayeth unto Dyanara, "Go forth and tamper with the pills of Lisaera, so that when She layeth with thine son Fain a creature shall be borne of no common intellect."

THE THIRD CIRCLE
Before the coming of the Son of Yudhe, the divine that Dynara first
created were referred to as the Primal Gods. Very few of these divine
were permitted to live, but those that did were the ancient ones among
the gods. The Primal Gods referred to the rest of the divine as "Star
Gods" because we were 'star-shaped' (a head, two arms and two legs). It
is curious that this "Law of Five" can be seen in many of Dynara's later
creations, and it was the favorite form in which she herself took.
In any event, those few Primal Gods left had little interest in
interacting with the 'Star Gods', and spent most of their time in deep
contemplation and meditation, sinking down into a deep sleep, letting
their consciousness ride the eddies and currents of wherever their
thoughts carried them, sometimes for centuries at a time. They were
called the Third Circle, also known as the Meditators.
Several younger gods also chose the path of the Third Circle. Notably,
Lacostian went into a deep meditation, merging his consciousness with
the logosphere of Lusternia, the flickering sentience of the First World
itself, gathering what he called the Akashic Records.

Okay, so Lacostian was NOT a failure. He was just a wierdo.

However, it does look like *all* remaining Primal Gods were Third Circle.

I will only deny things here since I firmly believe all knowledge you gain should be gained IC.
No one awakened Hart and Raven.
Father Sun is not a spirit of Ackleberry.
There are no such things as traditional Wiccan beliefs. The entire thing was made up by a bored old man in the 60s who should have gone into horticulture. I use the term "made up" loosely as he actually stole the majority of it from older, valid pagan religions.
Lisaera was not the prime Awakener in Lake's case. Whether or not She had anything to do with it is again something to be found out IC.
Lisaera did not and does not take the Pill.
Lacostian is not a Primal God. He just has long hair.
I can't entirely remember what has been said about Tree, but most of it was wrong.
No one awakened Hart and Raven.
Father Sun is not a spirit of Ackleberry.

It's a good thing Auseklis and His beard are not around.

I never feel there's really a chance IC. I think I'll sic one of my Secretaries/undersecretaries on finding out more about the Elder Gods, specifically the Gods of the 6th and 7th Circle, which I feel IC are related most closely with the Communes.

heh sorry anticipating misunderstandings (got them anyway)
and heh i really would like to see a scroll on the great spirits right now we have some people who know about them but don't seen to have been sharing.

I'd be more worried about Auseklis' chunk of tree He wields.
Edit...
An ancient grove.
The bright sun shines down, blanketing you with its life-giving warmth. An
ugly-looking statue stands at the southern tip of the grove. A leather-bound
book rests on an ornate wooden stand at the western pole of the grove. A huge
throne of thorns sits at the northernmost apex of the grove. A large monolith
stands on the eastern edge of the grove. Auseklis, the First Wanderer looms
here, covered in dirt and twigs. He wields a huge chunk of tree in His right
hand.

We don't really need a scroll on the Great Nature Spirits. I believe in the silver tome with the History of the Elder Gods it explains well enough on how they were created - under the Sixth Circle and the Seventh Circle. The rest is simply learning and understanding.
