I've been an everything in every game

Yeah, about the same for me. Warlock/Sylvan/Jester in Achaea. Monk/Shadowsnake/Sentinel/vampire in Aetolia. Imperian - all of them except mages, I hate mages.

When I came to Lusternia (9 hours after it opened, damn you work!!!) I stared blankly at the list of guilds for a good half hour. I was literally thinking, oh my gods, I have no idea. I chose Moondancers in the end because... well, I don't know. I think the idea of Wicca dragged me in. I admire a lot of the RL Wiccan teachings. The Crede among them, of course.

Race didn't take me so long, I just wanted something small, so it was a toss-up between faeling and furrikin. Wings won, cause I'd never really had a character with wings.

My old character was a paladin on Aetolia, I only got him to level 50 or so (sucked at muds entirely, then went lumi, then syssin, then lumi, then crawled my way back to paladins. quit playing computer when I got in a car wreck that was pretty tragic, stopped playin for months, then came back, and went wtf, Aetolia is stupid...oooo lusternia just opened, and well, meh, yanno the rest.

Who were you?

I had a bard in Achaea, but never got it all that high, and then I played a few different characters in Lusternia, stuck with Magnagora pretty early on, but stopped playing for a while. Odjin is the first character I've taken really seriously.

Odjin's name is annoying. I always try to target "Ojdin" and he's died or escaped by the time I type it right.

Aetolia just started a new uphill battle. Varian was sacked, so now Sarapis and Avasyu took over. the things you learn when you log your character for the first time this year.

Well, I'm glad. I hope Sarapis and Avasyu can do that place some good.

Hehe. I've been a Druid, a Sentinel, a mage, a Vampire, (all on Aetolia) a Bard, a Wytchen, and a Wardancer. (all on Imperian). I've been a druid here, a celetine...and my beloved mage. Oh yeah. And a moondancer for about 2 days before I suicided her *mutter*. Have to say of all the mage classes in IRE Geomancers/Aquamancers are the coolest.

I had a Sorceress in Achaea, and at first I went to the Aquamancers in Lusternia because I wanted a mage and I didn't like viscanti's looks. Then after meeting quite interesting people in the Moondancers I decided to give the forestal guilds a try and I wasn't dissapointed

I'd say I've taken a new path. I've only tried the forestal guilds in Achaea and stuck with a Sylvan who had developed no goals, so that went into a dead-end... in Imperian I loved the Bards, it was one of the coolest things I've seen (and still is). {I wanted to make a musician because I didn't want to sing/dance/act and I'm no good at creative writing, but being a musician in a MUD, where there is no sound, is very hard... music is interpreted differently by everyone so how can you describe it so people can 'hear' what you are trying to communicate?}
So in a nutshell my characters were neutral with no ambitions, and now I've turned to the Good alignment, which I thought would be boring but is actually more interesting than I thought (My first two characters here were actually Magnagoran). My character gets a lot of influence from anime.

In Aetolia, I was a prankster mage, an annoying little vampire who's britches were too big for him, and a dwarven sentinel/cabalist who loved to turn his ents on people.

Essentially, I was a nobody. You'll have to forgive my occasional god complex over here, I'm enjoying myself immensely.

Went through a number of guilds in Achaea, with my last being a Runewarden and has been for god know how many years. Fun time, except that knights sucked there.

My Achaean Chara. is a Druid, and I've tried an alt or two, one being a snake. When I first started on Lusternia I went right for the Hartstone Guild.. Well, It wasn't what I was looking for at all, so after a...vacation, I came back and went to Magnagora. Fun and different to walk on the other side of the line for a chance! Am happy, except for gorgogs.. They hurt me.. Ouch..
