I felt like giving fair warning to those of you who might have ignored
my previous 'unilateral' posting. This day, the Arbiters of the Astral
Plane has been formed as a committee and organization devoted to
returning the Astral Plane to a state of productivity. This is, in fact,
of twofold interest:
1. Those wishing to join the Arbiters may contact any of the members
listed within the scrolls (under listing AA). We rapidly accept members
at this point. Members will be expected to follow the rules here listed
as well as everyone else.
2. The rules. Anyone found to be linking to nodes of power below the
'motes' level will be enemied to the Arbiters for a period of time
dependent on the gravity of the infraction. THIS IS EFFECTIVE
IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE SCRIBING OF THIS DOCUMENT.
Enemies of the Arbiters are encouraged to be hunted as soon as they set
foot off of the Prime Material Plane, their attackers being dependent on
organizational affiliations. Members of the Arbiters will defend each

of the mausoleum here. Each rack is stacked high with exactly seven coffins.
Some racks are more secure and have a thick sheet of metal between each
coffin,but a few look disturbingly precariously balanced, as only a small
outline of metal keeps the coffins from touching one another. The air is chilly
and feels quite dry, serving to preserve the coffins for, if not eternity, a
reasonable amount of time. Shifting between translucent and solid, a spectral

small statues adorn the mausoleum's otherwise bleak sides, but they appear to
be smaller-than-life in many cases, as if the designer was afraid that space
wouldrun out. The sides of the statues are largely obscured by the racks, which
havebeen pushed up next to them. Glowing blue runes radiating coldness line the
topand bottom of the western wall and are painfully icy to the touch,
preserving the mausoleum in their chill.
