I liked my unspecialised races, regardless of what others say.

Angelique is a trill geomancer, and I really don't mind it that much. And Bau was always happy as a faeling, whether a Moondancer, or either kind of druid. I chose them for what I wanted the character to look and be like, not for the stats or exp bonuses.
