It would be pretty easy. If you take the MODs already present, looked through their skins and graphics, put them in the place of the already existing land, recreate a few of the races. Faelings would probably be the hardest. You'd have to shrink the cell sizes considerably. What else? Mount Avechna, I believe, would be the hardest to create. Vivic would probably be Celest. I can't remember the name of the city that would be Magnagora. Its East of vivic and south of the mountains.
Serenwilde would be the town at the beginning of the game. Just more trees, and a forestal city. There is a MOD that let's you have a tree city. I think it calls for Tribunal expansion.
Glomdoring would have to be the Daedra remnants or the same thing as Serenwilde, save for the graphics would be different and much more darker. More shadow. I was thinking constant night like in the Addon pack of Greymoores.
Hmm. I'll play around with what I get. As for the Multiplayer, you can make it a multiplayer. You just have to have the right software and hardware to support it. Plus you have to have the technical background in order to make the three servers used compatible.
You'd also have to download an Online Server that would let you put the Mutliplayer network on the internet in order for it to be abroad.

Someone out there played around with a complete Morrowind Hashan before finalising it in DromEd (Thief engine of yore)
Dedicated? Yes. Pointless? That too.

Morrowind is a game designed to be the best single player rpg. It came with a Program that lets you create your own patches of any scale. As such it is actually possible to create your own unique versioun of the game.
The magic system is fun aswell, you can learn spells and then later visit an npc that will let you fiddle.
so for example you could learn the easiest unlocking spell, then later you could modify it to work on any lock and at a distance.
Story wise it's excellent aswell. you can basically do whatever you want, i spend more time working on guild and house quests rather than the main quest.
Telvanni, Hlaalu, and Redoran are the three great houses you can join(Mages, Theives and Warriors respectivley) ultimately you can become master of one house and every guild except one (there is a unique quest item that is needed by two guilds you can only become master of the one you give it to)

Morrowind, The Elder Scrolls 3
10 races, 27 skills, 21 preset classes (or create one of your own at character generation), an insane number of possible quests (some of which are in line with different factions: 3 Houses (of which you can join only one), fighters guild, mages guild, thieves guild, imperial legion, imperial cult, tribunal temple, morag tong. also miscellaneous quests, 3 vampire clans (you can only join one of them) with related quests. two official expansions (Tribunal and Bloodmoon) that have their own main quests and extra stuff, including the possibility to become a werewolf. Huge (and I mean incredibly huge) map areas that you can conceivably explore all of. Aforementioned abilities to create and/or add in official and player-made mods/plugins to increase the available things to do even more.
Much love for Morrowind. Phenomenal game. In all my playing of it I've barely scratched the surface of the possibilities. NPCs react differently depending on your alliances, position, and who you are (race/gender).
In whatever that quiz/test thing was I took once ages ago, I'm an SEA mudder ... Social/Exploration/Achievements. Only thing Morrowind lacks is the social aspect, exploration and achievements could occupy me for years, I think.
Oh, and here's a link to their site: The Elder Scrolls
Arena was first, then Daggerfall, then Morrowind (Tribunal, Bloodmoon). There are other things around I don't know much about (Shadowkey/Dawnstar/Stormhold) that are set in the same world I believe. Oblivion, TES4, is next to come out, but my computer won't be able to handle it.

It's an evil cycle, they make games so graphically enchanced to have to buy new computers just to buy the new games

Anyone seen the previews for Neverwinter Nights 2? The toolset looks to be pretty much insane... if anything has the power to transform Lusternia into graphics, that'd probably be it.
