It can be heard off-planes... but only if your voice can reach that far. When on Ethereal, I can't hear novices fresh from the portal speaking on GNT, but I can hear novices who've put 25 lessons into planar

I like this idea too.

And you can only hear novices off-plane if they've put the lessons into planar to be able to speak thusly on that plane, as well as them being able to hear you. I could speak on GNT and all novices could hear me just fine, but I couldn't hear their replies if I was offplane and they didn't have the correct broadcast thing in planar. I think a lot of trans planar people forget about this since they can broadcast and hear over all planes. Novices can't.

I think this idea should be implemented, and I think all forms of transportation and spying should be disabled in the Aetherways, but that's just me With Scent and hounds, it's so hard now to hide away there these days and take a break from all that stuff you promised your guild you'd do That would solve Hajamin's problem with the idea Transverse to the Aetherways, do GWHO, and get back, "The chaos of the Aether prevents you from seeing who is here."
