The problem is that blackout and stun are overly done in this realm. You can only actively cure blackout once every 20 seconds at best. Blackout is also stackable, which can be a major problem when the person is also able to give blackout, multiple afflictions, wound damage, and health damage in one hit.

There were no suggestions made as to how to make Spawn better, we were just asked to lower the power cost. So we did.

All I have to say is Vapors will hopefully start giving an initial blackout like it is supposed to *begs*

Regarding spawn, I messaged our envoy with some ideas when I saw the proposal but he totally ignored me.
I suggested either stripping defences, upgraded damage with noticable bleeding or throwing off balance (the last one wasn't probably too smart). I also suggested that spawn be made entourage so we can order it to follow someone and potentially switch targets.

Also, our proposal, at least from what I read in project, was 3 power (which is still near useless imho).

I'd really prefer to have the useful, 8 power skill than useless 3 power one. And it's 5. It's Fabled after all...

But anyway, I was really hoping for the scourge/harrow change so the demon doesn't hit with the same power twice anymore...

You have to add information at the end to explain exactly what the seconds stand for. Was she out for that amount of time? Was that the interval between each blackout period? What is going on?

The time when you see her pass out from exhaustion is when blackout kicks in. It is extremely random, and few and far in between. Not to mention if you cure it right away, there is no problem at all. It is not an instant blackout like the Handmaiden or blackeye, that's why it's not even considered a very powerful affliction.

What are the numbers? I am talking about what does she mean by 34 seconds. Is that the time from when you punctured to she finally blacked out for the first time? Is that the same for the 6.6 number given, etc?

1st test

10 seconds between 1st and 2nd blackout
15 seconds between 2nd and 3rd blackout
Stopped working altogether for at least a minute so we had to redo.

2nd test

42 seconds between afflicting and 1st blackout
40 seconds between 1st and 2nd blackout

So overpowered.

What are the numbers she is calling out Terenas? How many times do I have to ask what are the numbers she is giving? She never called out 10, she has called out a 6.6. She never called out 42 seconds, she called out 34 seconds.

The time she was blackout?

So the last one means she was in a blackout condition for 34 seconds? If that is the case, then her being blackout for 34 seconds would easily explain why it was a 40 second period between the two instances of blackout. Heck, she was out for most of it. So, really, there was only a 6-second interval between her waking up and being knocked out again.

Erm... so that means she's blacked out for about 50 seconds every 10 seconds or so and that's somehow not overpowered?

I know my math is bad.. but.. somewhere something just isn't adding up right..

The last part was the time in between her second to last blackout (at 15 seconds) and last blackout (at 34 seconds), which was 19 seconds.

And the 50 every 10 seconds was in reference to her bleeding, I forgot to take that out. Editted now.

I think its the time from when her senses return to her getting blacked out again. Which means she gets ~4-5 seconds of blackout not considering latency between Dumi, the server and Ter. Just a guess of what it means though.

Redid my test and made it a lot more easy to read.

My timer keeps track of how often the blackout hits, and Dumihru counts the time she was blackout for.
