Is it still the same chance of blocking it?

And trotting means you can move faster without getting the hasty message.

The Winter change was in my report *squeal* It will be nice for group combat... imagine throwing up a blizzard to disorient all your enemies... it would be awesome.

In any case, it sure beats a -1 charisma attack that lasts 3 minutes. Yay for blizzards.

Ah, I've never been there so I wouldn't know. I imagine it would be a good tool for escape when someone is tracking you down, though. Get to a bottlenecked point with a few options for exit, throw up Winter before the enemy arrives and go on your merry way.

edit: anyway sleep.gif in the catacombs there is like a bunch of nasty creatures and the one room where mags come through if ya put up blizzard they wont see the creatures
