But chances are, the stronger person is going to be the one with the skill, so escaping isn't too likely. And unless the person is hunting rockeaters or mooses, I can't see it being an effective way to jump someone either. So its basically a really high up roleplay skill, as far as I can tell.

That would be awesome! Their demesnes could cause rockslides to hit people, and have lodestones pull them to the ground and stun, and they would make tremors rock the mountains, knocking people down, and they would draw poison gas up from the mountainous sulfur vents, and their demesnes would make passive rubble from the rocks, and they would have a timed instakill where they opened a big gaping chasm in the mountains under a person.

Just imagine the havoc this would wreak on the philosophy of spores... if you snort a faeling, do you get transported to the ethereal plane? Do you grow wings? Who knows what this could do to the balance of the realm!
