I don't really want to see any Ur'Guard besides Alger or Murphy (ex urguard even) post on the subject of damagewhoring. They are the only two decent fighters that can fight with wounding without heavy reliance on damage. In fact, both still rely on their damage mod runes quite a bit.
As for Serenguard fighters; Bring it.

uhhhh, wehen i artied my hammers which i use mainly now, I made the damage on them as low as possible to keep a good wounding score.

1. Damage comes in when you consider the choice between sipping health or healing deepwounds. If you can do enough of one to keep a person from doing the other, you kill them. Simple enough.
You do a good enough amount of damage... or at least used to... to keep people healing and trying not to die from pure damage. The fact that you were orclach, had mod runes nad prolly a few damage modifiers have everything to do with your damage output.

as an orclach i still used hammers mainly, and now as a faeling I use hammers which dont have lightning runes or anything of the sort, they are just good hammers
