I mean really . . .
There are some guilds out there that . . . well for lack of a better word, errr LACK!
There is never anyone on of any rank and when you try to get a test to get further in the guild, the answer is, yeah I can test, but I've got to go.
Now understand, I left Achaea due to the fact that there were too many people on and therefore, it was hard to find a niche'. I wanted something more personable.
So I decided to come to Lusternia. Seems like, If you don't choose the most popular Guild around, . . . . you're SOL.

Need to restructure framework!

Yeah.. i've had characters in just about every guild, and have never had a problem hitting GR3 in any of them within a matter of days usually (unless i'm slacking on purpose).. what guild are you having an issue with?

edit: damn ninja.gif and I didn't have any problem at all with Aquas.. in fact, I found them to be OVERLY helpful tongue.gif But things could have changed recently, I suppose.

No really, you've just gotta be hitting us all in bad timing. I know we deffinately do our best to be as helpfull as possible. Just be patient, and try being on at differnt times than when you'd normally be around. you might get more of us upper poeple then.

Edit: No, ye is not Joli. You're just gettng crappy timing.

also.. wtf is the big problem? So you can't get an advancement test? You STILL Graduate if you play for 24 hours. I really don't think its something that is really all that horrible.

I mean . . . I never see them in the forum for logs of battle . . . .
it's usually the warriors . . . as a matter of fact . . .
There have been people I've asked to test me and they've stated that they. . . . just logged on to check their messages and then they are leaving . . .
Um, yeah . . . . to go play their other character!!!

Some of the so-called founders of the Aqua's either need to get off their alts and step up - or - hand over the freakin torch to someone that might do the guild justice!?!?!

You really have no idea what you're talking about, and am finding offense in your words at our guild. You shoudl listen to everyone when we say that you are getting screwed over by timing, and not by lack of care for the guild.

And there are deffinately plenty of us around on the forums. I for example am here, responding to your claims. Joli is around on the forums as well. It's all just a matter of timing.

Speaking as a seasoned Aquamancer Secretary I can say this... our guild is so constantly overrun with people who hardly ever stay, but there are a lot of dedicated people around generally. Recently, with the huge influx of novices (I count seven right now) chances are everyone is already occupied, or just a little tired after helping four needy novices in a row. I am not saying at all that this is unique to the Aquamancers... and if you want to make your own niche here, it isn't too hard, just be dedicated and talk a lot on guild channels and sound at least mildly intelligent, and you'll get far in almost any guild biggrin.gif

It means that, maybe, Joli isn't a robot solely dedicated to helping your impatient little ass? Maybe something is going on with her in real life? I know I've seen her on over the past week. You aren't even being robbed of anything but getting out of novicehood early. This isn't like Achaea where you're stuck in novicehood, you'll get out in 6 more hours. Just chill.

And also by the way, we're not supposed to cater to every guild members whims and while I'm sure you feel somewhat frusturated that you can't get an interview right away, you're not the only person who has an agenda. Undersecretaries and Secretaries in the Aquamancers, and in any guild really, have more function than just servicing guild members... and no flaming Joli, she's really dedicated and I would seriously re-consider before I insult someone with power over me, or before I know hardly anyone about that.
