Use letters if in-game, mail without characters' names if OOC. Neither are traceable without effort beyond the norm.

It does rule out ICly acquired credits, yes. Not OOCly bought ones.

I suppose you can "forget" to put the return address on OOC mail.

For Christmas, I want Guido to be revived for one day to visit all his old friends.

In fact, they could bring every suicided character back for one day. The spirits of the fallen returning to visit their loved ones, and a sad scene at the end of the day with all of us waving goodbye... aww!
