Since manse personal libraries will only function as RP devices, please don't make them ridiculously expensive as an artifact! There can be little profit generated from them, no mechanical advantage... so please please please let them be reasonably priced.
Right. The odds of a library paying for itself are about the same as aether seeds paying for themselves. RP things still cost a little bit. 
Aether seed price I would consider reasonable... Shop/tradeskill arti price is harsh.
