8.2.4.2 THE BLACKTALON GUILD

Guildmaster: Vacant
Guild Administrator: Sobran (The Keeper of the Black Nest)
Guild Champion: Vacant

Again.

I'm not even going to go through the list.

My guild is cursed.

"your" guild. You sure are getting uppity.
Unknown2005-09-20 16:12:03
One thing I'm curious about, is the influx of newbies very large? As in, are new members interested in the guild's philosophy/skills, or does it seem to mostly be vagrants and alts?
Alef2005-09-20 16:15:16
When I'm about I only see one maybe two novices at a time most of whom are new. This was true before summer and from what little I've seen after aswell.

blink.gif Dude, how is that uppity? She belongs to it, so it's her guild. If I went around saying "My Hartstone will do this and that", or "my druids are neat", that would be uppity and arrogant. But it whatever guild you're a part of IS your guild.

My guild as in guild I am a member of.

Not guild I own.

See, I took it as basically the same thing as if she'd said "My Blacktalons are cursed". Especially with the recent show of bravado across the forums, where she's quite certain she'd get the GM spot.

And, for the record, I LOBE Bau. She's my boo. 4eva. But to curse the BT even further would be electing her again. >.>
Bau2005-09-20 16:19:20
No, the novice influx isn't huge. Some days we'll get up to half a dozen, but most days we'll only get around one to two, if I recall correctly.

Do you read what people post, or do you make up your own version of what you think they said?

On the bright side..

I wish some of them would resist sad.gif
Alef2005-09-20 16:54:44
I'll resist.ninja.gif But I'm not important. sad.gif
Bau2005-09-20 17:04:24
Right now, the way things are going, everyone's important. Of course, if you ask me that IC, I'll deny it.

Given the lack of a, you know, voice, tone, etc, I tend to take things as I see them. Had she actually SAID it, chances are, it wouldn't be taken as such. That's the beauty of having a partially tone-dependant language, you know.

But, you know, I can't expect you to understand this. I mean, my little brother can't - why should you? Ah yes, he only has an IQ of, what, 10?

It's nice that a person with an IQ of ten can see that just because things can be read one way does not mean they are MEANT that way, especially when it takes twisting the words to suit some completely different meaning.

I would hope someone of your IQ could as well. sad.gif
Munsia2005-09-20 17:52:18
Its because you have the suicidal sacrifices to the aspects of crow (which nyla thinks are crow?)
Unknown2005-09-20 17:55:21
the Aspects of Crow -are- Crow. Just like the Aspects of Hart -are- Hart. Talk to them.. they -tell- you they are Hart.
Munsia2005-09-20 17:57:47
Still stupid
Unknown2005-09-20 17:58:53
Yes.. your argument is still stupid.

The first step is admitting you have a problem.
