alright...looking for some dark humor books. I don't exactly know any authors that write in this 'genre' so I was hoping some of you would be able to suggest some things. Gonna be by my Borders tonight so hopefully I will be able to pick up something

I am open to anything!

thanks in advance

btw...I like Vonnegut a lot so something similar might be nice

Catch-22 is a good one by Joseph Heller.

As for Vonnegut, Cat's Cradle is good. I just read that a few days ago. Then you also have Slaughterhouse-5 if you haven't read that yet.

I haven't even read the thread.
I saw dark humour, went to the last post, invader Zim.
Bam. End of Thread.
There really is no other substitute for dark humour, than Zim.
It is god-damn brilliant.

Chuck Palahniuk is my favorite dark humor author, most famous for writing Fight Club.

Books I've read of his, all highly recommended : Fight Club, Lullaby, Invisible Monsters, Survivor.

Vonnegut's great as well.

Still haven't finished Catch-22, but I have it and it's on list of finish reading.

Can't think of much else at the moment.
