I just want a couple influence skills to let me influence for essence for Auseklis.

They're supposed to be working on that. One day..

This reminds me of a suggestion Darkender made on the Achaea Forums, let's give each order a unique ability, nothing spectacular or unbalancing, like the Order of Thoth (which Darkender was in) would get Soulcage for its members.

Like Lisaera said, this is one of those exclusion things that I truly hate, and that's only one skill, not a whole skillset.
