Personally, I find that warriors find other classes to be so much easier to deal with than their own is because against another warrior we know their limitations is either damage or wounding afflictions. Be it either greater health (thanks to Surge) or improved physical protection (thanks to fieldplate/fullplate/drawdown/nightkiss/putre..etc.) some of us can deal with the massive damage output of other warriors much more effectively. Against a Mage our best line of defense (high damage resistance) is greatly diminished since a good Mage would rely more on afflictions or instantkills than pure damage to finish us off.

I do agree that Elemental Runes should be looked at once again, the damage from those weapons are just plain rediculous. Looking at Ixion's log, he did over 2800 to himself when he rebounded against Shinza. Diamante is able to kill virtually any Mage/Druid/Wiccan with his 'truemaker' since his damage potential is easily in excess of 3500-4000. However, without those runes damage warriors are going to be doing much less against one another.

As for the most overpowered archetype, I think each of them are fairly balanced, though there are extremes that should be brought closer together, warriors shouldn't be able to instantly kill a high-level, well protected Mage with trans Resilience in 2 hits, a Guardian shouldn't be able to drain half of a warrior's mana (unsurged) in less than 15 seconds, and Mages shouldn't be able to have such insane control over such a vast area with their demesne.

I also distinctly remember Geb and I on astral where he would had to run via cubix 6 or so times because he couldnt stand his ground. I was out of power eventually and ran following that. Tell me oh wise Ceres, why on Nil should I stay and waste power, venoms, and more importantly my time to someone who can just cubix out?

You missed the illusion wounds, phantoms, and the curse of Binah too. I layered all of that on you while we were up on limbo, taking my time gathering what information I needed to learn about your new abilities (Why I gusted away Ixion).

Yes, I noticed I got you down to about 30% of your max a couple of times, but all you did was start healing until you were at max again and then kept on swinging. From what you are saying here, you seem to have this notion that you should not have to heal, shield, run, or hinder anyone when you are fighting him or her. Plus, you have to remember that I am a Mugwump, and I have always said that level 3 equilibrium and balance are overpowered. If I were an Imperial Merian, I would not have even generated that type of speed to cause you any harm.

None of that has any relevance to my post.

Besides, that was a movie quote from Pirates of the Caribbean, and a lighthearted one at that. I'm also pretty sure personal attacks aren't allowed, but I'm quite satisfied with my manhood thanks.

Easy targets? There is no way on earth Alger and I should have lived. One webber on each of us, and I think there was at least one person who could have used heretic/infidel/inqui but didn't. Not my fault their mind failed them at that moment. I saw several of the people who died were reading that log for a long time. What better way to help them out than see their actions through the eyes of the enemy. I'm sure they learned something on how to beat us for next time.

Also, you throwing out there you being in the military have nothing to do with your actions in the game and on these boards. I stand on my actions, not on what others have no way of judging. Yeah we're been pointing at people like Daevos and Ixion but I was almost taken done by a like midbie.. or whatever you call it. Then he came out of the arena and complained about how little his damage was. Hello.. I only didn't die because I ran alot.

My level 74 staff didn't even make him blink. At level 50 he had 1100 more health that I did already.

While I have found out I do a bit of damage. It's because Warriors can take it. How many mages are there with over 4k health? I couldn't take three of my own staff casts. I know, I tried it.
