This needs a little introduction.

Earlier today I made my mom listen some sad themes from FF 6&7. She is aware of these games' existance, but she doesn't play them (nor does she intend to do so) and doesn't even know who the team members are... but I digress. Anyway, I know my mother really likes the opera theme (Aria de mezzo caraterre), and considers it very moving - so, I was going to show her some really moving themes.

As a result, I can't get Aeris's death music from my head. It's been inside for 7 hours, and it's slowly driving me crazy. To make matters worse, mum didn't seem to be very moved (she really liked Celes's theme though).

Did I mention I am weird yet?

Hmm, there is some song you're supposed to sing in your head that gets other songs to go away without getting stuck itself. Might be the gilligan's island song chin.gif

When I'm drunk, I sing "Say My Name" from Destiny's Child. The following days, none of my friends nor myself are able to forget it. <3

"I love you, I love you, I realy realy love you so"
"365 days, I realy love you so."
"I realy love you so"
MMmm yummy.

Blasted it. I watched that egg song flash that someone else posted, and now it's comes in and out of my head for MONTHS. It just kicked out "Hotel California".

Oh yah, and I get bouts of "Courage at 100mph" and "Fooling Yourself" Because it's, to me, Lusternia's and my personal Theme respectivly.

But the egg song keeps LIVING.. and LIVING!
AND THEY ARE SO FRESH AND WHITE! twitch.gif

We all live in a yellow submarine, a yellow submarine, a yellow submarine...

EDIT: Oh, yeah, and the White Stripes, "Red Rain". Basically any song whose chorus consists of the same phrase over and over.

You take a power drill, bore it into the side of your head and let the music pour out.

Try putting a track called '9 to 5', or one called 'Tango' by a Brit rapper called Lady Sovereign on.

It'll get stuck in your head, and given that she's likely to be one of the next biggish things in that sort of music (Usher, Aesop Rock, Ad Rock (Beastie Boys) and Jay-Z are rumoured to be collaborating on her next few tracks, as she's just been signed by Jay-Z to Def Jam).

Can't hurt your image to be listening to what could well be the next big thing, and the songs are catchy enough to get stuck in your head (wicked humour in them, too). smile.gif
