Generally speaking, if you want to speak to an individual player, it's best to
use tells rather than shouts. Further, to reduce unwanted spam from a
potentially valuable channel, insulting other players, or gloating over them,
is prohibited on shouts.

Obviously, nobody remembers these things, cause there's always both being done all the time over shouts.

But stupid shouts are so fun. I've been told I was part of the reason they were taken away in achaea, hehe. I've tried to control myself here a little more though. Although I think I may of gotten carried away in my influence yellings tongue.gif

Heh. Last time I was poking around in Achaea it looked like shouting was changed back, or close enough to what it was before that I couldn't really tell the difference. Then again, I don't really play a lot. The data supporting such theories involved hearing a bunch of weak people shouting useless stuff with some frequency at one point. ninja.gif

A metamonitor (meta monitor) is one who constantly reminds people not to be
hall monitors, freely citing HELP HALL MONITORS.

Don't be a meta monitor! Meta monitors need to read HELP HALL MONITORS and then
apply everything in there to themselves. The punishment for meta monitors is
even more severe than for monitors, if that were even possible!
