You will be assumed by many to be the end-all be-all of Guild policy, to have complete knowledge of everything happening within the guild, and basically be 'King of the Black Talon'.

Just try your best to make it clear to everyone the responsibilities of the various positions. Point them to generic helpfiles such as 'help administrator' and 'help guildmaster'.

Patience is very important as a leader. If you lose your temper, you'll lose control, and nothing good can come of that.
