I might actually play Lusternia, hope they do an event. The one from Aetolia where a zombie bit Aren was pretty cool, cause then all you could do is turn other people into zombies (just don't swoop and then get bit, because you'd be a flying zombie, unable to bite anyone who isn't flying...)

I do hope nobody dares come to my door asking for sweets. Because last time I couldn't help but laughing at them like mad and they though I was being mean to them.
Halloween isn't a tradition in spain, but some schools think they're cool by teaching the kids to honour american celebrations like that, so kids try to get sweets from people who just don't understand what a bunch of freaks disguised as vampires are doing at their door.
I guess it's like trying to go and celebrate Christmas in the middle of an African tribe.
Just for the sake of general culture and to add something to the thread:
In spain we celebrate the day after Halloween here, as a day to remmeber those who died and aren't with us any longer (1st of November). Very traditional families even leave an extra seat at the dinner's table for said "ghosts" or "souls" or whatever the name.

If I could find fireworks in this god awful state thats what I would do for halloween. Fireworks are for EVERY holiday specially if you throw them at people but I'm not gonna dress up as anything. To much effort to little reward

You'll get arrested for indecent exposure, first.

sounds like fun!
except brings me back to when i was putting on a Fireworks show for my family during New Years. Bad experience, I was using "Roman Candles" and i remember after i had placed them standing up< as straight as i could> and lighting them I ran.. After getting like 2 feet away from them, I turned around and the things whizzed right by my face, literally like a couple of inches... omg! i was scared out of my mind and ended up having somewhat of a quick reaction making my body jet backwards as if trying to copy the matrix
Saran2005-10-11 17:33:53
aww i wanna celebrate halloween but damn australian non-halloweenness (ugh well samhain makes up for it so ner i've already had halloween ) oh well i'll wrap my self in a bed sheet and call myself... something... or play dancedance till i drop and call myself insane (hehe if ya have played it i passed "Maxx Overdrive" with B on standard and A'ed healing vision heavy woot)

Saran2005-10-12 10:25:01

Iridiel2005-10-12 11:44:58

I will be wearing traditional Viking dress. And no, that des not include a horned helmet. That was just a ceremonial thing. Vikings did not normally wear that.
