When Libraries first came out. It was in the help files that only one Scholarly and one Literary work can be published per year. I had thought that was the case until.. the sudden Celest take over.

What happened to that?

Bring it back please? It just makes you want to publish anything you get your hands on. Not really anything special because everything you put in a library will be published.

Are you sure that isn't the prestige work?

Yeah, that's prestige, not general publishing.
