I have no idea what inspired this thread, but these ideas outright border on... well, bad taken to the extreme.
First, the consideration is physical attacks for size and nothing else. This favors only warriors and as such, adds yet another stat for them to take advantage of, which is just outright wrong. Furthermore, consider a human with rapiers or a katana, killing your opponent has more to do with precision and skill of the blow than "swinging at someone who is smaller than you." Furthermore, who is to say a dwarf doesn't "weigh more" than a Mugwump. The Mugwump may be taller... but that has nothing to do with weight when we are considering magical races.
Furthermore, the mage idea stems from someone who obviously doesn't have a clue about combat. How is an Aquamancer supposed to kill someone if they can't at one point just start zapping the crap out of someone? Zapping, letting cure while you afflict, zapping, etc... is going to get you nowhere against anyone decent.

Easy on the mood, not like my word is law just some suggestions I'm throwing about. Im not saying size is completely what affects damage I'm saying a small creature being hit by a huge creature is gonna get roughed up more then two huge creatures fighting. Couldn't take be implemented somehow? Also though you would of course have to take into account the fact that a small creature would be harder to hit if your a huge creature as well..
