Boots of Aerial Launch: for 5 power (and on a 5 second balance) you can kick someone straight up into the air. Of course, they'll fall right back down if they don't have wings. You can also JUMP UP to launch yourself skywards, this has a significantly less balance loss than actually flying.

Web of the Fates: if thrown at an opponent, they become entangled. When they writhe free, this resets to your inventory.

Bustin' Bracelet: Substitute strength for size for all size-related checks, (esp. writhing)

Piggy Bank: Stores gold (and only gold). You cannot be forced to take money out of it. You also cannot give away, drop, or store the bank anywhere but your inventory.

Aether Hook: When wielded, you cannot be summoned with the Planar Summon ability, but the resulting depression in the aether makes teleporting to you take half the usual time.

No stun arties, stat arties, or uber icewall arties please.

Armour arties only in accord with what the class can actually wear, so if a warrior went mage he'd get the mage variety artie helm, and if a guardian went warrior he'd get the warrior artie helm type, for example.

An artie giving somewhere between 50 adn 100% chance to resist web would be nice.

Ialie's bond artie idea is amazing.

The flux crystal and shift sigil are pretty nice too.

+Forging armour greatrune
Attaching to a piece of armour lets you make it reset and non-decay for as long as you are a warrior- goes to your INV if you change archetype.

+Forging cache
By retrieving the scrap metals and through sheer efficiency, all forged items cost 50% less comms to make (if odd number round up).

+Rebounding Aura negation artifact
While wearing this artifact, enemy rebounding aura will be negated. However, while worn you will not be able to use the rebouding either, and you will take an additional 5% damage (physical) from all attacks.

+Wings of flight
Lets you FLY and LAND.

+Transplanar prism upgrade
Let it be usable from ANY plane, though it only lets you exit to elemental eth and prime planes, as normal. 800cr is steep for only being touchable on a couple planes
