Um, tense after that? I messaged him after I disfavoured, and told him I was fine with it if he wanted to favour him to make up for it. I believe I sent that to the whole council actually.

But it seems as if you've been a little 'annoyed' about that, ever since. It's not wise to assume and so, I won't.
