I think dementia from insanity only allows you to see people on the same plane as you. So if there is only one other person you will see a less variety.

Nope. Gregori had posted something earlier, after Insanity first came out. Where he kept seeing Tsuki and Nejii I think, following him around the desert. But Tsuki was on the Water Plane.
