So so sos so so so worried about what he's written about me. I expect to be hiding on other planes for a few years after publication. *weep Tully*

Well, the list of people can grow. I'm just trying to do a first edition, so I can put the book into the library. It's hard work to write a lot, so I'd rather keep expanding the book after the basics are published.

What is up with the supposed connection between Achaea and Lusternia? I never read Achaea's history and don't feel like sifting through it and all their events.

Basically, there's an unoffical connection between Achaea and Lusternia. Before R.M. French became Estarra, he (or she--sorry, can't tell the sex from that name) was originally a famous player in Achaea (Yes, one of US!) and I think became the first being to transcend to godhood by merging with something called the Unnameable horror, becoming a goddess of chaos named Eris. Eris was based on the Discordian "religion".

There are some thoughts--suggested by Roark in a couple of his forum posts, as well as others--but not confirmed by Estarra--that the "other world" that Estarra came from was Achaea and Eris became Estarra--since Eris is now inactive in Achaea--becoming much different and more powerful since merged with the spirit of Yuhde.

I just wanted to hint at that in the book. Even if it's false--you can just write it off as a absynthe hallucination.

I think I've got the connection figured out, actually.

The Unnameable Horror in Achaea that came from a different dimension, raped and impregnated Maya: I think it was actually the Nameless son of Yudhe. Entropy and Discord were actually Dynara and Magnora. They were flung back to their own realm during the fight with Sarapis, which caused them to fuse into Estarra, while the Unnameable Horror merged with a human and became Eris.

But there's no way you could have found this out IC in Lusternia. There's no way you can read Achaea's histories there. So it's just as OOC as talking about your internet lag on CT and then saying it was a sudden vision from your cactus weed. Just leave that part out.

Huh? How do we know that Phred didn't have images after drinking too much absinthe?

Its part of the mythos around Lusternia... Estarra came from a place that has humans, and so people will speculate what that place was. Its not at all like talking about internet lag.

It is a pretty good general rule of thumb that in a different IRE game you do not mention anything about the others.

Achaea. ugh. 'Nuff said
