Verithrax, you'll be in the book, don't worry.
I've been a little delayed writing this, due to a lack of free time and some other stuff happening.
But I've made progress, and I hope to have the "First Printing" done and submitted to Azrion by Thanksgiving. After publication, I'll continue to add people to it.

And I think it's missing some people.

It's Bricriu, not Bricuru. Also, are you adding second names or not? You have Richter Carthan, but then Nejii, rather than Nejii Talnara.
(And it's Daganev and Etanru.)
(EDIT: And Qaletaqa.)

Is there such a thing as "Overgods" anyway?
And why is Shikari not listen on the webpage?
And why is Shikari not listen on the webpage?

As far as being included, that's my call. This is taking me a while based on my availablility, and I don't want to be doing this forever. I can add more people later.
Just so you understand what I'm doing with what I call the "overgods", here are their entries. If you want to read more, get a copy of the book.
ESTARRA
Estarra is, quite frankly, the most powerful boyo in our Multiverse. She
is merged from the essence of Yuhde's offspring--Mangora, Dynara, and
the Nameless being, as well as the spiritual makeup of Yuhde itself. She
was the one who brought the human race to our basin.
From what I understand, Estarra's power surpases most Elder Gods, but it
seems she has limits. She can't remove the powerful entities of the
multiverse, such as Kethuru, without unraveling all creation, and she
seems to have limits in her knowledge such as that of the fates. But she
doesn't require the essence that most other gods seem to need to use
their godly powers.
I met the boyo once. Boy is she a bit weird. She wears ribbons of light
and shadow, and she seems somewhat removed from the world. She tried to
eat a dress, for instance. She also has this kinda weird liking for some
minor boyo named "Weepaw" from New Celest. For the most powerful being
in the multiverse, her personality seems a bit flightly, almost
absent-minded.
I did have some weird vision about her when I was under the influence of
Absynthe. Images of a golden apple, some similar looking boyo named
"Erin", a weird pyramid, some chaos mage, some unnameable thing, the
glyphs "fnord", and a world called A-chay-ah ruled by something called
the "legos" all flashed before my mind. I don't know if it means
anything, but it didn't seem like a random hallucination.
Roark Liberatis
I'm putting in Roark as an Overdeity. Technically, the boyo counts as an
Elder God, but he sort of transcends it as he seems to be a semi-overgod
in his own right. He does not apparently require essence, as he has no
order and no shrines available to us, save for the one in his Fulcrux.
Yes--that's notable as well--unlike Estarra, he does have a Fulcrux.
Roark is the one who discovered Estarra. He was also known as being a
scholarly and wise boyo amongst the pantheon, at least when the divine
synod was gathered. Allegedly, he works with the fates on the dynamics
of the multiverse.
I've never seen Roark, but I heard his voice once when cleaning his
shrine. He told us not to kneel down, as he respects freedom. I've heard
rumours that he doesn't even wear clothes because he finds them
restrictive--which either means he's one of those militant free
thinkers, or really fat, or both perhaps.
KETHURU
Okay, now this boyo is the worst creature ever.
Apparently, there are 5 known Souless gods to still exist in the known
multiverse: Illith the Leviathan, Zenos the Insubstantial, Great Muud,
and Crazen the Greedy, and Kethuru the Almighty.
Kethuru looks vaguely like a cross between a mutant squid and a plate of
spagetti. This damn monster is responsible for a lot of the pain and
suffering on Kethuru. It was his power that ended up changing Magnagora,
twisting the existance of the races of Shallamar to what we know now as
Nil, and he is also responsible for changes to Elder gods like Viravain
and Isune. Kethuru recently came back and almost destroyed the basin.
Kethuru doesn't accept worshipers, even amongst the tainted. His sole
objective is to devour existance as we know it. He exists somewhere
adjacent to the Astral Spheres, twisting the apperance of that plane and
creating weird and surreal beasts.
If I had the power, I'd slice this squid up into chum!

Thats really good Phred! Hehehe..squid..
Youre writing them as you speak which makes the writing more realistic as you are taking it as you see the people, or the Gods, or the Soulless. Doesnt matter who you put in it, youre putting in those you know/heard/met/seen, the whole works will be interesting to read.

tsaephai2005-11-27 03:23:50
ooh, looks very very good so far. i look forward to reading it when it's all done!
and you're missing people that's names begin with "W". you're also missing "c" and "z" and maybe some others('t','f','h'), but those aren't important.
not to tell ya how to do it or anything, but perhaps wepaw for w? you've already mentioned him for Lady Estarra's thingy there, and he was a great fellow. yoda speech now let us all talk in.
you may the force be with.

I don't think writing about Eris and Achaea is a good idea.

Seconded.
What is up with the supposed connection between Achaea and Lusternia? I never read Achaea's history and don't feel like sifting through it and all their events.
Unknown2005-11-27 04:10:10
Also, no gods actually require essence, as far as I know, they just need it in order to fuel their order abilities and such. How else would they have survived before there were mortals?
Shiri2005-11-27 04:10:37
And I know you like the word "synod", but I think there actually has to be a synod for it to be called that. Rather than just having it as a word for "the gods."
You could call it the Havens. That's the generally accepted term for the divine as a whole.

Sweet, I'm in The Book!
As an additional sidenote: Gregori, I am NOT a drunk. when I do drink, it is RARELY past flushed. Just because you're all sad because you didn't make it into the book is no reason to take it out on me. I doubt my supposed drunk status is why i'm in there. *eye Tully*
