If something is outright ridiculous, it should be brought to light. What cost do dreamweavers pay for their abilities to attack without any risk at all? Because I can see none, there are no counters against them other than running. Since violet and it's high magic equivalent are useless, mainly because of absinthe. Insomnia, kafe, and metawake are also useless because they can make you tired to the point where you will automatically fall to sleep passively.

Violet is the same damage on ghosts as it is Dreamweavers. I kill both all the time. It just so happens you have crappy intelligence so the "magic attack" sucks just for you.

Plus, you have to be at half mana... focus mind and metawake are not good choices. If I did this you'd say, "Narsrim's technique and curing was just terrible... what would a knight with surge up be doing using metawake and focus? That's just amateur."

That comparison is completely unjustified, simply because you can use the full range of your abilities to hinder and/or defeat me. You are not limited to one ineffectual skill. Nor is there any attack that I can use on you that has no counter at all, such as the dreamweaver skill to make people tired.

And this is just from a Faeling, you'd stand no chance against a dreamweaving Mugwump whatsoever. They can easily kill you without you being able to shield yourself against their attacks, nor harm them.

As to running, rubbish.. dreamweavers can link themself to you in whatever form you are, and there's nothing you can do to lose them, they follow you into the trees and the skies. At least you can run from a warrior, you can't run from a dreamweaver.
