Alright I have Sony Laptop PCG-K23 that has a wireless switch on the front. Now generally, when you push this switch to the right, it has a little green light that indicates wireless is active. All of a sudden, two nights ago, the light doesn't come on anymore and the wireless network is showing not connected. I've made sure the network is enabled, all that good stuff. There some setting that might be causing this, or an easy fix?

No idea, but I am starting to distrust Sony laptops more and more. A friend of mine has his sony latop keyboard go all "who's yo daddy", making s's turn into 5's and all other crazy hoo-ha.
So in short, I will let Ialie help you.

Ialie, do you want me to fry you? Let's put my level of experience in perspective... I'd take the sucker apart to check the connections to the wireless switch, but it's currently dark outside and I need to finish something else.

Is it dark outside because the neighborhood doesn't have power?

Don't forget the trusty "have you tried restarting it?" My word how I do love call centres.
Anyone with something actually useful to say to poor Raezon?

I have the same kind of problems with my laptop and wireless connection, every once in a while it just goes kaput. It's usually caused by:
-Someone else's network screwing with mine, I end up getting their weaker signal, which is so weak its actually not connecting me, but not grabbing my signal 20 feet away. This is usually solved by messing with my settings far more than I probably should, and it getting fixed usually has nothing to do with me.
-Something completely wacked beyond my control, so I restart the router.
You know more about computers than I do, most likely, and you've probably tried both messing with settings and restarting the router, so in short... nah, I don't really have any good advice.
